Libby Blackwell

Libby Blackwell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Libby is currently the Director of Implementation at Catalis, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Implementation at Pioneer Technology Group starting in September 2021.

From October 2019 to September 2021, Libby worked at FivePoint Solutions as a Senior Solutions Consultant and Customer Success Director. Before that, they held the positions of Director of Court Product Development, Sales Manager, and Project Manager at the same company from January 2012 to October 2019.

Earlier in their career, Libby worked at DeKalb County Superior Court as the 4th DCA in Georgia from November 2006 to January 2011. Libby also worked at Gwinnett County Recorder's Court in Georgia as the Clerk of Court and Court Administrator from March 1994 to November 2006.

Libby Blackwell began their education in 1981 at Lambuth University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. In 1986, they pursued further education at the National Center for Paralegal Training and obtained an ABA Paralegal Certificate in 1987. Finally, in 2009, they attended the National Center for State Courts as an ICM Fellow and obtained a Certified Court Executive degree in 2010.
