Laura Araujo

Laura Araujo currently serves as the Social Media Content & Account Manager at Pioneer Utility Resources, overseeing 25 clients and creating engaging social media content tailored to an electric cooperative audience since November 2020. Previously, Laura worked as a Freelance Writer and Editor for the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives from January 2010 to January 2022, where notable contributions included being a feature writer and photographer for a widely circulated magazine and editing the 65th anniversary Prairie Flavors cookbook. Earlier roles included Verification Consultant at ProEducation Solutions, Inc., and Verification Specialist for Oral Roberts University, where Laura managed the verification of thousands of FAFSA applications. Laura possesses a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in German and Political Science from Alma College.
