W. Kyle Finnell

W. Kyle Finnell is a skilled land use planner currently employed at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, providing technical support for land use and housing planning to local governments. Previous experience includes a planning internship with the Town of Longmeadow, where plan reviews were conducted, and a role as the Interim NH Envirothon Coordinator at the NH Association of Conservation Districts, where a statewide environmental competition was adapted for remote participation. Additional background includes horticultural work at Lorax Landscaping and teaching roles in science and humanities at Gate City Charter School for the Arts. W.
