Santiago's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Alianza Valores SCB, where roles encompassed Director of Financial Planning, Director of Strategy, and Director of Equities. Early career experience includes consulting at Deloitte and a stagiaire position at PwC. Santiago holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Lausanne and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
