Morgen Alden

Morgen Alden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Small Business Development Associate, conducting fieldwork and administrative tasks for the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians. They later worked as a Paralegal at McCann & Geschke before transitioning into the healthcare industry. At Guidepoint Global, they excelled as both a Healthcare Research Analyst and a Healthcare Project Manager, leading a team and managing a large portfolio of clients. They then joined LifeSci Advisors, LLC as a Director of KOL Strategy & Management, where they launched a corporate and investor events platform. They further progressed in their career as the Head of KOL Strategy & Management at LifeSci Partners, building a new business segment focused on global investor events. Most recently, they were a Founding Partner and the Head of Client and Expert Services at FirstThought, where they played a crucial role in establishing a life sciences network and building internal teams across multiple locations. They are currently serving as the President of The Collective at Pioneering Collective. Throughout their career, Morgen Alden has demonstrated leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a drive for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Morgen Alden holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania. They also earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Medical Anthropology from the same university. Furthermore, Morgen Alden studied Anthropology at the University of Cape Town.
