Matthew Steege

Matthew Steege is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Programs and Business Development at Pioneering Evolution, LLC since June 2020, after holding roles such as Program Manager and Senior Software Project Manager. In August 2019, Matthew began serving as a Pilot and Reserve Executive Officer with the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities also include training as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Pilot at L3Harris Technologies from July 2019 to June 2020 and served in various capacities within the United States Marine Corps from 2007 to 2019, including Senior Instructor Pilot and Quality Assurance and Workplace Safety Department Head. Matthew pursued higher education at the University of Oklahoma Gene Rainbolt Graduate School of Business for an MBA from August 2023 to June 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maine, as well as completing the Marine Corps Command and Staff College and the Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School.
