Rupert Schmutzer

Rupert Schmutzer is the Head of Talent Solutions at Pioneers.io. With a background in managing partner roles at ISG International Service Group and experience as an Associate Partner at IBM, Senior Manager at Accenture, and Manager at ACT Management Consulting (now part of Deloitte), Rupert brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition for startups, scaleups, and corporate innovation. Prior to their corporate positions, Rupert also held roles as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Austria and as a Researcher at the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Rupert holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Vienna, a postgraduate degree from the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS) Vienna, and a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Vienna.
