Mahmoud Abdel Fattah al Sakka

Mahmoud Abdel Fattah Al Sakka is an experienced project manager currently employed at Pioneers Systems since January 2023. Previously, Mahmoud held various roles at Telecom Egypt from April 2009 to December 2022, including Submarine North Landing Stations Maintenance Manager responsible for the maintenance and upgrades of multiple submarine landing station systems. Mahmoud also served as Project Manager for the SMW3 Cable System, focusing on system requirements and procurement processes. Earlier roles included Senior O&M Transmission Engineer and O&M and NOC Optical Transmission Engineer, with extensive expertise in commissioning and troubleshooting submarine cable systems. Mahmoud’s career began at Arab Swiss Engineering Company "ASEC" as an Electronics I&C Engineer and at Ghalioungui Trading as an Electronics Engineer. Mahmoud earned a Master of Engineering in Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Alexandria University.
