Said Salles

Said Salles is a seasoned growth strategist with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Pipa Studios since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading growth strategies for Praia Bingo and building high-performing teams. Prior to this role, Said held various leadership positions at Diverso Games from January 2014 to November 2021, directing product strategies across multiple gaming sectors, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing data-driven approaches to drive growth and enhance user retention. Earlier experience includes co-founding Pipa Studios and leading product strategy for Praia Bingo, as well as significant roles at Entain, Grafikonstruct, Molotov Studio, Superunion BR, and B2W Digital. Said holds executive education credentials from Stanford and MIT, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo.
