Matt Welty serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Pipe Strong, LLC, a member of The 3E Family, since July 2018, and has held the position of President at 1155 Infrastructure Solutions LLC, A 3E Company, since June 2024. Additionally, Matt has been President of H1O Technologies LLC since March 2020 and previously worked in legal and finance at 3P Utility and in contracts and controls at 3Phaseline Construction from January 2016 to July 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Veterans Attorney at Veterans Legal Support at John Marshall Law from March 2015 to December 2016. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Louisville, an MBA from Valparaiso University Graduate School of Business, and a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law.
