Dang Pham has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. They started their career as a Computer Science Research Intern at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, where they developed a prototype software for secret sharing in the clouds and performed network traffic simulations. They then worked as a Developer at MIT Senseable City Lab, prototyping software for biowaste collection and data analysis. At MIT Media Lab, Dang worked as an Undergraduate Researcher, independently developing microservices for the Viral Communication group's PubPub project. They also had a Software Engineer Intern position at Sonos, Inc. In 2016, Dang had an internship as a Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft, before continuing to work there full-time as a Software Engineer, Software Engineer 2, and ultimately Senior Software Engineer. In these roles, Dang was part of the Distributed Query Optimizer Team for Azure SQL Data Warehouse and served as a tech lead for statistics generation and maintenance. Currently, Dang is employed as a Software Engineer at Pipe.
Dang Pham completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017.
