Nargiza Abdubalieva

Nargiza Abdubalieva has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nargiza is currently working as a Global Technical Recruiter in the People Ops department at Pipe, a fintech company focused on providing direct access to capital markets for companies with predictable revenues. Prior to this, they were an International Recruiter at Httpool, a unicorn company representing major media platforms across selected markets. Nargiza also worked as a Global Recruiter in People Operations at B12. Nargiza has experience in entrepreneurship and mentor recruitment, having served as an Entrepreneur and Mentor Recruiter at InkubasiaLAB, where they built talent pipelines, maintained candidate relationships, and managed university and startup community relationships. Nargiza also had a significant role at Twitter, serving as a Twitter Developer Community Leader and interning at the company. Nargiza has also founded their own company, Colibri Studio, where they served as CEO and Founder. Additionally, they have participated in the prestigious TechWomen program as a TechWomen Fellow, spending five weeks in the U.S. Nargiza has co-founded Tez Mobi Inc. and worked as a Project Manager and PR manager. Nargiza also gained experience as a Project Manager and Recruiter at Avisa Technologies and worked as a Recruiter at Kyrgyz Airlines.
