Lemar Hight is an experienced executive currently serving as President & COO of PipeDreams, where they oversee local operations and P&L management, driving over 20% annual growth. Previously, they held the position of Group President at National Veterinary Associates, where they managed a specialty and emergency hospital business unit with significant revenue and workforce expansion. With a solid foundation in business operations and finance from roles at Yelp! Inc. and CRC, Inc., as well as consultancy experience from Bain & Company, Lemar possesses extensive expertise in operational leadership. Lemar earned an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
