Agur Jõgi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Agur is currently working as the CTO at Pipedrive since 2022. In the same year, they also became an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Prior to that, Agur served as the Chairman of Council at BCS itera since 2006. Agur was responsible for leading the implementation of Microsoft Navision for small and mid-sized businesses.

From 2020 to 2022, Agur worked at Deloitte as the Director, Head of Deloitte NEXT Technology Innovation Hub. Agur helped clients become more innovative and responsive to change through strategic innovation advisory.

Agur was a co-founder at askRobin.com from 2016 to 2020, where they led the Technology and Product teams. askRobin.com is a digital credit marketplace that aims to provide access to credit for underserved consumers.

From 2014 to 2016, Agur served as the Group CTO and Management Board member at BIGBANK AS. Agur played a crucial role in migrating the technology and product lifecycle process to a digital platform.

Agur also has experience in start-up ventures. Agur was a co-founder, innovator, and team mentor at Raybike OÜ from 2011 to 2016. Raybike is an Estonian-based start-up that produces innovative kick scooters.

Before that, Agur served as the COO at MYJAR limited from 2012 to 2014. Agur successfully rebuilt the technology, customer support, and product management of the company, enabling it to expand into multiple markets.

Agur worked at Microsoft/Skype Division from 2010 to 2012, serving as a Senior Engineering Manager and later as the Director of Product Delivery.

Agur'searlier experience includes serving as the CIO and a Member of the Management Board at Elion Ettevõtted AS from 2001 to 2009. Agur managed a significant revenue and employee base at the leading fix-net Telco in Estonia.

Agur Jõgi completed their education at various institutions. From 1989 to 1994, they studied IT and economics at TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, where they obtained a degree equivalent to a Master of Science (MSc). In 1999-2002, they pursued the Avatud ülikooli MBA program at the University of Tartu, although it is unspecified whether they obtained a degree from this program. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1989, they attended Saaremaa Ühisgümnaasium, where they completed a college degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, they have earned several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster, from the institutions ScrumAlliance and Scrum Alliance, respectively.
