André Augusto

André Augusto has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Receptionist at Hotel Olissippo Oriente and later in 2010 at Pine Cliffs Resort & Sheraton Algarve Hotel. In 2011, they worked as a Travel Agent at Nitours. From 2014 to 2018, they served as a Social Media Manager at Yori. In 2015, they joined Boost Portugal as an Event Coordinator until June 2020.

In 2018, André had a brief experience in Handling Operations at Groundforce Portugal. André then worked at Landbot from September 2021 to February 2022, where they held roles as a BDR and Chatbot Conversational Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Pipedrive, starting as an SDR from February 2022 and progressing to an Account Executive in February 2023.

André Augusto started their education in 2008 at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, where they studied Hospitality and Touristic Operations. After completing this program in 2011, they enrolled at Universidade Europeia and earned a Licentiate degree in Hotel Management, which they completed in 2014. Continuing their education, André pursued a Master's degree in Digital Marketing at the same university from 2015 to 2017.
