Andrus Randveer

Andrus Randveer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrus is currently working at Pipedrive as a Senior Product Manager. Prior to this, they founded and worked as a coach at Bractory OÜ, where they assisted startups and small enterprises in refining their company vision and developing a Lean strategy.

Andrus also worked as a Lead Product Manager at Brainbase, where they managed critical projects and backlogs related to contracts and financials modules, with the goal of making the intellectual property industry more open and accessible.

Andrus also held the position of Product Owner & Architect at Speys, where they played a key role in reinventing logistics using technology. During their time at Speys, they implemented UX, CS, and Agile thinking within the team and built a web-app for drivers and a self-service platform for customers.

Andrus's previous experience includes working as a Product Owner & Architect at Shipitwise, where they defined the vision and lean strategy for a SaaS platform in the logistics industry. Andrus also worked as a Java Engineer at ZeroTurnaround, and as the co-founder and CEO of Morpheus Dreamworks.

Furthermore, Andrus has experience as a Software Architect & Product Owner at Proekspert AS, where they maintained industrial PC software, card payment terminal software, and managed the backlog of a product-line variation management tool. Andrus also worked as a Software Developer at SEB IT Partner Estonia, where they developed financial settlement systems, a cash handling system, and a COM library for a digital signature application.

Andrus began their career as a Junior Software Developer at Eilsen Software/Globe Seek OÜ. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in product management, strategy development, and software architecture.

Andrus Randveer completed their primary and secondary education at Märjamaa Secondary School from 1985 to 1996. After finishing high school, they pursued further education at Tallinn Technical University from 1996 to 2005, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Computer Programming.
