Beatriz Antunes

Beatriz Antunes is an experienced professional in customer success and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Pipedrive since September 2021, Beatriz has developed a strong background in customer relations, having also held positions as a Customer Success Manager and Junior Customer Success Manager at the same company. Prior to Pipedrive, Beatriz worked as a Customer Success Manager at Climber RMS and held various leadership roles at AIESEC in Portugal, including Local Committee President. Beatriz's experience in the hospitality sector includes internships at SANA Hotels and Pestana Hotel Group, focused on front office reception and food and beverage services. Academically, Beatriz holds a Master's in Business from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a degree in Hotel Management from Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril.
