Carolina Santos

Carolina Santos started their work experience in 2017 at FNAC Portugal. Carolina worked as a Salesperson for three months before transitioning to a Customer Service role in October 2017. In July 2020, they were promoted to a Supervisor position. Carolina worked in these roles until April 2022. Currently, they are employed at Pipedrive as a Customer Success Manager, starting in April 2022.

Carolina Santos completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications from NOVA FCSH from the year 2017 to 2020.
