Dmitry Ovchinnikov

Dmitry Ovchinnikov has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dmitry is currently working at Pipedrive as an Engineering Product Manager since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Insly from September 2020 to August 2021. Dmitry also served as the Chief Technology Officer at SPEAKLY - unlocking your language skills! from July 2018 to September 2020, where they played a significant role in transforming the language learning platform.

Before joining SPEAKLY, Dmitry worked at Pipedrive as a Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead from May 2016 to July 2018. Dmitry led a team responsible for the creation of a marketplace for third-party applications, providing customers with extended features.

From October 2013 to March 2016, Dmitry worked at Wargaming.net as a Senior Python Developer / Team Lead. Dmitry was involved in the development of the company's web infrastructure, focusing on new accounts registration features.

Prior to that, Dmitry held the position of Senior PHP Developer at Weavora from June 2012 to September 2013. During their tenure, they contributed to the development of an internal tool for handling hotel data and Google AdWords metrics.

Dmitry's career started at ITUnit in June 2008, where they worked as a PHP Developer until September 2010. Dmitry'sresponsibilities included website development using self-developed CMS and customizing community websites.

In addition to their technical roles, Dmitry also gained experience as a Project Manager and Team Coordinator at Itransition from April 2011 to May 2012. Dmitry managed various projects, from business proposals to successful delivery, and supervised a team of developers.

Dmitry Ovchinnikov obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
