Jakob Päll

Jakob Päll started their work experience as a Founder and Graphic Designer at Zhakoop, their own freelance profile, where they worked from an unspecified time in 2016 until 2018. During this time, they developed a network of clients in Tartu, Estonia, working with clients in various sectors such as sports clubs, education, and culture.

In 2018, Jakob joined the Tartu City Government as an Intern for a month in July. Jakob then took on the role of Graphic Designer at sTARTUp Day, the largest business festival in the Baltics. In this role, they were responsible for designing marketing materials, venue signage, and various digital and print materials. Jakob'scooperation with sTARTUp Day continued when they co-founded Homne, a design agency based in Tartu, Estonia, in September 2018. At Homne, Jakob worked as a Designer and Co-Founder, specializing in brand strategy and creating visual identity and marketing materials for clients such as Tartu 2024 European Capital of Culture, La Muu, sTARTUp Day, and others. Jakob remained with Homne until September 2020.

In 2019, Jakob returned to the Tartu City Government as an Intern for two months, from January to February.

Jakob then took a freelance role as a Designer at Pipedrive, starting in April 2021. Jakob quickly advanced to the position of Junior Product Designer and later to Product Designer, starting in January 2022. Details of their current role, including end dates, are not provided.

Jakob Päll obtained their Master's degree in Interaction Design from the Estonian Academy of Arts, where they studied from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics at the University of Tartu from 2017 to 2020. In 2018 to 2019, Jakob also had a brief period of study at UT iAcademy, focusing on Industrial and Product Design. Jakob'seducational journey began at Miina Härma Gümnaasium, where they earned their High School Diploma in Social Sciences between 2014 and 2017.
