João Moniz

João Moniz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. João currently works at Pipedrive, where they started in April 2021 as a Customer Solutions Expert, providing technical support in multiple languages, with a focus on English and Portuguese. In July 2022, they were promoted to the role of Customer Solutions Manager, leading and managing a team of customer support experts in different markets and languages, particularly focusing on the French and German market. João is also involved in studying and implementing new support projects.

Before joining Pipedrive, João worked at Moniz Design as an Account Manager from August 2014 to August 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing client accounts.

Prior to Moniz Design, João worked at Sonae Sierra as an Energy Audit from September 2013 to June 2014, where they conducted energy audits.
