In 2011, they served as an Assistant in a laboratory of cold working of metals at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences and later worked as a By worker of production manager at Radiant Dyes Laser & Accessories GmbH. Karmo joined Baltic Workboats Ltd again in 2012, this time as a Foreman. Karmo also worked as an Engineer at Alunaut where they designed a motorboat and managed project scheduling. From 2013 to 2017, Karmo worked at E-Profiil AS as a Quality Surveyor, overseeing various quality assurance tasks and inspections for offshore cranes. Currently, Karmo is employed at Pipedrive as a Software Engineer, and they have previously held positions as a Junior Software Developer and Software Engineer Intern at the company.
