Karmo Orgmets

Karmo Orgmets has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karmo started their career as an Assembler at Luksusjaht AS in 2009 and subsequently worked as an Assembler-Welder at Baltic Workboats Ltd in 2010. In 2011, they served as an Assistant in a laboratory of cold working of metals at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences and later worked as a By worker of production manager at Radiant Dyes Laser & Accessories GmbH. Karmo joined Baltic Workboats Ltd again in 2012, this time as a Foreman. Karmo also worked as an Engineer at Alunaut where they designed a motorboat and managed project scheduling. From 2013 to 2017, Karmo worked at E-Profiil AS as a Quality Surveyor, overseeing various quality assurance tasks and inspections for offshore cranes. Karmo then joined Pesmel Eesti AS in 2017 as a Development Engineer, where they focused on mapping and optimizing the company's structure and information flow, as well as working on content management and development. In 2019, Karmo joined Sandla Puit OÜ as a Production Director, where their responsibilities included general management of production, implementing ERP systems, and coordinating various departments. Currently, Karmo is employed at Pipedrive as a Software Engineer, and they have previously held positions as a Junior Software Developer and Software Engineer Intern at the company.

Karmo Orgmets has a diverse education history in the field of engineering. Karmo started their education journey in 2008 at Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool, where they pursued a Diploma of Professional Higher Education in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Fachhochschule Jena from 2011 to 2012 as an Erasmus Alumni, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.

In 2014, Karmo Orgmets continued their education at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, specializing in Industrial Engineering and Management. Karmo successfully completed a Master of Science in Engineering degree from TalTech in 2016.

Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Karmo Orgmets further expanded their expertise by undertaking studies in Computer Software Engineering at BCS Koolitus. From 2020 to 2021, they pursued this field of study to enhance their knowledge and skills in software engineering.
