Karoline Ansberg has been involved in the field of human resources and recruitment for several years, holding various roles such as Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruitment Consultant. At United Talents OÜ, Karoline was responsible for managing the headhunting process and communicating with clients and candidates. Prior to this, Karoline worked as an HR Development Specialist at Eesti Energia, where Karoline provided support to managers in HR development topics.
