Kati Mustjõgi

Kati Mustjõgi is a seasoned professional in talent sourcing and candidate experience, currently serving as a Senior Candidate Experience Partner at Pipedrive since May 2021, where Kati has the distinction of being the first Talent Sourcer. In this role, Kati collaborates with Recruiters and Hiring Managers across global offices, managing a diverse range of positions in Engineering, Product, and Revenue. Prior to Pipedrive, Kati worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Brandem, a Recruitment and Employer Branding Agency, and gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at INTRAC Eesti AS. Kati began a career in customer service and sales at Biomarket, where a strong connection to clients was established. Kati holds a Master's degree in Landscape Protection and Preservation from the Estonian University of Life Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Tartu.
