Llara Geddes

Llara Geddes is a seasoned digital leader currently serving as the UX Principal and Practice Group Lead at AND Digital, where they oversee the UX practice in AND Club Jemison. With over 20 years of experience in user experience, customer experience, optimization, and marketing, they have held various significant roles, including Design Director at Pipedrive and Head of UX at User Conversion and BEAUTY BAY. Llara began their career at schuh, progressing from Store Manager to Assistant Marketing Manager, and has since collaborated with major clients while contributing to multiple organizations in different capacities. They are currently pursuing further education at Alliance Manchester Business School.
