Manuel Oliveira

Manuel Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Manuel started their career as an Account Executive Intern at APP-Production Partners in 2010 and then worked as a Purchase Officer at Starextrasline-Comércio de Extras p/ Automóveis Lda in 2011. In 2012, they briefly worked in Sales and Customer Support at Hacktion Planet before joining Meubelbeurs Brussel/Salon du Meuble Bruxelles as a Sales Office Assistant in 2013. Manuel then transitioned to Sitel in 2014, where they served as a Customer Service Specialist until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Pipedrive, starting as a Customer Solutions Expert and progressing to the roles of Community Manager and then Senior Community Manager.

Manuel Oliveira earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade da Beira Interior, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Manuel later obtained a Cambridge CELTA Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from International House Budapest in 2017. In addition, they pursued further education in the field of Marketing, earning a degree in Modern Marketing Practices from Linnaeus University, where they studied from 2008 to 2009.
