Maris Palopääl

Maris Palopääl has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2013, they started as a student intern at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior, where they contributed to analyzing and translating questionnaires, preparing reports, and writing minutes for meetings. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Elisa Eesti AS, initially as a Sales Quality Manager and later as a Lead User Experience Analyst and Team Lead. In these roles, they focused on ensuring sales quality and leading a team responsible for user experience analysis. In 2021, they joined Pipedrive as a Product Manager - User Experience, where they helped R&D teams deliver to the market faster and better by building and improving reusable and scalable frameworks. They also focused on maintaining a consistent visual style and enhancing the overall user experience. In June 2022, they were promoted to the role of Senior Product Manager - User Experience at Pipedrive.

Maris Palopääl earned a Master's degree in Analysis and Design of Information Systems from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology during the period of 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, Maris obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Tallinn University. Maris completed their high school education at Põlva Co-Educational Gymnasium from 2000 to 2008.
