Monica Ciszewski

Monica Ciszewski has a diverse work experience. Monica worked as a Customer Solutions Manager at Pipedrive starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Customer Solutions Expert at the same company, where they handled customer queries, responded to complaints, and offered appropriate solutions. Monica also supported company-wide initiatives and contributed to new joiners' training.

Monica also worked at Ohio University, where they held various roles. As the Student Director of Club Sports, Competitive Sports, they trained student employees, oversaw club sports and their funding, and provided customer service. Monica also served as a Program Specialist, Competitive Sports, managing playing fields and mediating intramural participants. Additionally, Monica worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, performing field sample collection, data gathering, and MAIS sampling.

Furthermore, they worked as a Conservation Intern at Equalibrio Azul, where they collected data on by-catch from fish markets, conducted informational meetings about conservation, and engaged in monitoring activities such as tagging turtles and collecting measurement data. Monica's earlier experience includes working as a Pool Manager at the City of Willoughby, where they supervised the daily operations of a city pool and managed a team of workers.

Monica Ciszewski completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marine, Environmental, and Freshwater Biology at Ohio University from 2015 to 2019. Monica then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Policy and Management (Project Management) at the University of Denver from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Monica also obtained certifications as a Student Investigator in SBER from the CITI Program in January 2022 and as a PADI Open Water diver from PADI in June 2015.
