Phillip Mellet

Phillip Mellet is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Pipedrive since September 2023 and is also a member of The L Suite TechGC community beginning in April 2024. Previously, Phillip held the positions of General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Healthpilot Technologies from November 2020 to September 2023, and served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, from November 2013 to October 2020. Phillip started their career as an attorney at Troutman Pepper from September 2005 to November 2013, specializing in corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. Phillip holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, an MBA from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University. Education was completed at Lower Merion High School between 1994 and 1998.
