Susan Snyder

Susan Snyder is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Pipedrive, Susan provides legal counsel and leads compliance initiatives within a prominent AI-driven sales CRM platform. Previously, Susan held the position of SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Daikin Applied Americas and served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Ergotron. Additional roles include Vice President & General Counsel at Nortek Air Solutions and Associate General Counsel at Pentair, Inc. Susan has also contributed to nonprofit governance as a Board Member of The Pentair Foundation and the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest. Educational qualifications include a JD and MA from the University of Minnesota Law School and an M.A. from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, along with a B.A. in Communications from Valparaiso University.
