Tanya Channing

Tanya Channing is currently the Chief People and Culture Officer at Pipedrive. Prior to this, they were the CHRO Merchant Services at Nets Group from October 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they were at Worldpay from May 2011 to September 2018 as the Chief of Staff to CIO and Deputy Chief HR Officer. Channing started their career in HR at Burger King Corporation in October 2008 as the HR Director. In March 2007, they joined Agency.com as the HR Director where they were responsible for all aspects of HR including the payroll function, health and safety, and internal communications. Additionally, they spearhead a 12-month leadership development programme to coach senior management team and middle managers on leadership development.

Tanya Channing has a BA Hons in Japanese from Durham University and a Japanese Field from Kumamoto University. Tanya also has a background in St Nicholas RC High School.
