Tanya Lukinykh

Tanya Lukinykh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tanya currently works at Pipedrive as a Privacy Project Manager, where they lead the design and documentation of an information audit and data-mapping exercise across all departments. Tanya effectively monitors project progress and risk management, collaborating with other project leads to identify and mitigate risks.

Prior to Pipedrive, Tanya worked at Ericsson as a Lead Repair Project Manager from 2019 to 2022. From 2012 to 2013, Tanya served as the 4Sync Business Development Manager at Russian Internet Solutions. Tanya was responsible for overseeing the company's Russian and CIS business operations.

At RosBusinessConsulting, Tanya held various roles from 2006 to 2012. Tanya served as the Head of Internet Analytics, where they played a key role in the company's multimedia operations. Tanya Lukinykh attended The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Finance and Financial Management Services. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Tomsk State University from 2000 to 2005, with a field of study in History and Humanitarian Informatics. In addition to their formal education, Tanya has obtained several certifications, including the CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in February 2023. Tanya also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Ericsson, which they obtained in March 2022, and a Leading Digital Transformation Workshop Badge from Ericsson, obtained in June 2021.
