Tomas Tikerpuu's work experience includes positions at various companies. Tomas began their career as a Student Intern at SA Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus (Estonian Human Rights Centre) in July 2014, where they gathered and systematized legal information on child rights, LGBT communities, and hate speech. Tomas also participated in the asylum seeker interview process.
In 2015, they joined Transcom as a Technical Advisor for Apple products, providing technical support and advice to customers until January 2017.
From 2017 to 2020, Tomas worked at MYJAR as a Validation Specialist. Tomas assisted UK customers over the phone and email, handled online loan applications, and made credit decisions within FCA regulations. Tomas also handled queries reported to Credit Reference Agencies such as Equifax and TransUnion.
Currently, Tomas is employed at Pipedrive, starting in June 2020. Tomas initially worked as a Customer Solutions Expert - Tier 2 until March 2022, providing support and solutions to customers. Tomas then took on the position of Junior Support Engineer from February 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Support Engineer, but no end date has been specified.
Tomas Tikerpuu earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology from the year 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Google Analytics from Google in May 2020, Anti-money Laundering Course from Engage in Learning in June 2019, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also from Engage in Learning in June 2019.
