Guilherme Candian

Guilherme Candian's work experience begins in 2015, where they worked as an intern at the Department of Civil Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Guilherme then worked as an intern at the Division of Water and Sewage at the same university from 2016 to 2016. In 2017, Guilherme became an intern at the Division of Construction and Infrastructure at UFV, and they also served as the Director General of LAQUA - Liga Acadêmica de Qualidade da Água, where they were involved in disseminating knowledge about water quality to undergraduate students.

In 2017, Guilherme joined GRUPO LEGALIZAR as a technical intern, where they aided in environmental management for various clients. Guilherme also engaged in consulting work and was responsible for developing a new client acquisition plan.

Guilherme co-founded ORBIT Ambiental in 2019, a consulting firm focused on environmental issues that lasted until 2020.

In 2021, Guilherme joined Pipefy as a Global Onboarding Specialist, responsible for optimizing and scaling the company's sales performance. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Data Analyst, where they organized, analyzed, and managed data for the company's go-to-market strategy and verticalization, using tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

Throughout their career, Guilherme has gained experience in project management, process optimization, data analysis, and environmental consulting.

Guilherme Candian completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Viçosa from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing their Master's degree in Data Science with a focus on Business Administration at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they will complete in 2023.
