Marcio Gil has extensive experience in sales and account management roles. Marcio began their career at NEC Brasil S.A. in 2004, starting as a trainee and eventually working as an Account Manager and a Project Technical Consultant in pre-sales. At Wittel Comunicações, they served as a Key Account Manager, focusing on sales of applications, services, and consulting for Contact Center solutions. Following that, they worked at Oracle as a Sales Executive and later as a Senior Sales Executive, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large and mid-market accounts and driving the adoption of Oracle Solutions. Marcio then joined Salesforce as an Account Director, where they drove strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives and CRM initiatives for companies in Brazil. Prior to their current role at Pipefy as Head of Enterprise Sales, Marcio held the position of Sales Director at DocuSign, where they led a team of Account Executives and was responsible for mentoring and developing the sales team, as well as participating in client and prospect meetings.

Marcio Gil has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2007, they attended Universidade São Judas Tadeu, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. Marcio then pursued further education and completed an Executive MBA International program at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2013 to 2014.
