Paola M. Botelho

Paola M. Botelho serves as the Head of Sales for Financial Services and Insurance at Pipefy, leading a team that manages the full customer lifecycle, focusing on operational excellence through automation for Financial Services and Insurance organizations. With a strong background in sales leadership, Botelho has held various roles at Pipefy, including Head of Strategic Sales, Head of Inbound Sales, and Global Accounts Team Leader, consistently driving sales growth across multiple regions. Botelho's early experience includes a quality assurance role at Juliatto Foggiatto & CIA and research at CAPES. Educational credentials include an MBA in Agribusiness from USP and a year abroad studying marketing at RMIT University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Currently, Botelho is also a member of Pavilion, a private membership organization for commercial growth operators.
