Raphael Brito has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering and business intelligence. Raphael started their career as an intern at Furnas, where they gained knowledge in computer maintenance and software installation. Raphael then worked as an ETL Analyst at First Decision, where they acted as a consultant on various projects involving data modeling, dashboard creation, and data migration for clients such as Tupy, Natura, and Seplan.
Following this, Raphael joined GDF - Governo do Distrito Federal as a Business Intelligence Manager. In this role, they provided support for BI systems and ETL jobs on a daily basis. Raphael also developed ETL processes using Data Services and SSIS, created dashboards using DataZen, and contributed to the modeling of SUTIC Data Marts.
Raphael then worked at Datainfo Soluções em TI as a BI Analyst and Data Engineer, where they played a crucial role in creating a data warehouse for ANEEL (Brazil's National Electric Energy Agency) and remodeling the project development methodology and DW architecture.
Next, Raphael joined Wiz Soluções as a Data Engineer, where they focused on restructuring the Data Warehouse Environment to optimize processing time. Raphael utilized tools such as Hadoop (Polybase), Azure Synapse, and Azure Analysis Services. Raphael also employed Azure Cognitive Services to apply machine learning techniques, and the projects were managed using Scrum and Squad methodologies.
Currently, Raphael is working at Pipefy as a Data Architect and Data Engineer, where they are involved in restructuring the SSOT (Single Source of Truth) environment. Raphael has utilized various tools such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure Data Factory, Stream Analytics, Synapse, Databricks, and more to create a consolidated and robust environment to support data analysis and decision-making.

Raphael Brito has a diverse education history. Raphael completed their undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Universidade Católica de Brasília, from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued further education in the field of data science and business intelligence. In 2017, they enrolled at Faculdade Unyleya, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse. Raphael continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Big Data (Data Science) in 2019.

Raphael then pursued certifications related to Azure Data Engineering and obtained the Azure Data Engineer Associate certification in 2020, along with DP-200: Implementing an Azure Data Solution and DP-201: Designing an Azure Data Solution. Additionally, they became a Microsoft Certified Trainer in June 2020. Furthermore, they hold certifications from Databricks and SAP, including Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals and Certificação Afaria 7.0 Administration (SP4) – SAP AFARIA 7.0, and Certificação Web Intelligence 4.0 – SAP WI 4.0.
