Gene Billeaud

Gene Billeaud has a extensive work experience in business development, focusing on pipeline and construction industries. Gene started their career in 1992 with Flint Engineering & Construction, INC and worked there until 1994. Gene then joined SUNLAND CONSTRUCTION INC as a Business Development professional and worked there for 12 years, until 2006. In 2008, Gene joined MPG Pipeline Contractors, LLC as a Business Development role and stayed there until 2012. After that, they worked at Boots Smith Pipeline as a Business Development professional from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Gene served as the Director-Business Development at Willbros Group, Inc. Gene then joined WB Pipeline, LLC in 2018 and later moved to PECI (Pipeline Environmental & Compression Industries, LLC) in 2019, where they currently hold a Business Development role.
