Billy Marcel

Billy Marcel has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, having held various managerial and specialist roles since 1998. Currently serving as a Traceability Specialist, Office Manager, and in welding and utility inspection roles at Pipeline Safety since August 2017, Billy previously worked at TETRA Technologies, Inc. as a Downhole Services Equipment Manager from July 2014 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes managerial positions in decommissioning services at Gulfstream Services, Inc., where Billy was Manager of Global Operations and Operations Manager from 2006 to 2014. Billy's career also includes roles as an Electric Line Operator at TETRA Technologies and Twatchman Snyder & Byrd, and a tenure at Perfolog. Educational background includes attendance at Nicholls State University.
