Charlotte Biren is a Pipeline To Practice Fellow at Pipeline to Practice Foundation, Inc., and also serves as an HSF Scholar at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. With experience as a Grants Manager and Grants Coordinator at Rainforest Action Network, as well as a Communications and Development Coordinator at Alianza Arkana, Charlotte has proven expertise in the non-profit sector. Prior to this, Charlotte held the role of Sustainability Intern at the City of Los Angeles. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University with a double concentration in Development Studies and Latin American Studies, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at New York University.

The Pipeline to Practice Foundation, Inc, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We are an entirely volunteer, attorney-led organization of corporate legal officers and law firm associates committed to supporting and nurturing low-income law students and early-career attorneys at key stages of their academic and professional development. Our purpose is to provide free access to programming that is critical to achieving academic excellence in law school, developing the skills necessary to be successful attorneys, creating pathways to leadership positions, and, ultimately, becoming role models to the next generation of law students.
