Liz Young

Liz Young is the Director of Professional Services at Pipeliner CRM. Prior to joining Pipeliner, Liz was the Director and Executive CRM Consultant at Prior Analytics Ltd from October 1998 to April 2013. In this role, Liz was responsible for needs analysis and scoping, implementation planning, system design, configuration, installation, development, maintenance and post implementation support and training on all GoldMine and Sage CRM versions. Liz also managed concurrent implementations of varying sizes and complexity within different industries, as well as proactive relationship management, troubleshooting and issue resolution. In addition, Liz was responsible for sales presentations including tailored demonstrations and sales follow up. Liz has also experience with process mapping and document management, raw data management, manipulation and import, systems integration and writing courses and delivering training at all levels.

Liz Young has an Honours Degree in Electronics from the University of Liverpool and went to St Elphins School in Matlock.

Liz Young reports to Nikolaus Kimla, CEO and Founder. They are on a team with Martin Trnovec - Head of Development, Todd Martin - VP, Global ISV & Partner Alliances, and John Golden - CMSO.
