Steve Andrews

Steve Andrews has been helping grow, scale, and enhance shareholder value for companies ranging from $2M startup ventures to $1B entities, for over 20 years. Mr. Andrews focuses on investing in strategic growth priorities, leveraging scale and technology, and optimizing profitability to build businesses and create sustainable value. In addition to finance and operational areas, Mr. Andrews has led corporate development, playing key roles in successfully closing numerous acquisitions from $1M to $50M and delivering on the post-acquisition integration and synergies. Most recently, Mr. Andrews was EVP, CFO for Hill Holliday. Before Hill Holliday, he was the CFO at Aegis Media North America after rising through the Dentsu Aegis Media organization in a variety of CFO and COO roles. Mr. Andrews began his career at Arthur Andersen in the Audit, Assurance, and Advisory Services practice and holds a master's degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford and a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College.
