Janessa Goldstein

Janessa Goldstein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and financial operations. Currently serving as the sole in-house Corporate Counsel at e2Companies since January 2023, Janessa advises on various labor and employment legal issues and oversees all legal matters for a Virtual Utility® manufacturer with multiple affiliates. Prior to this role, Janessa held the position of Corporate Counsel and Vice President of Financial Operations at Utility Management Services, Inc. from 2010 to 2022, where responsibilities included negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts. Janessa's career began in the early 2000s, with roles in credit counseling and legal assistance, culminating in a Juris Doctor degree from the Charlotte School of Law in 2014.
