Kathleen Pagani

Kathleen Pagani has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kathleen most recently held the position of Director of Human Resources at Piper Aircraft, where they were responsible for overseeing all HR functions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company.

Before joining Piper Aircraft, Kathleen worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Garnet Health Medical Center. Kathleen was involved in various HR activities during their tenure.

Kathleen also served as the Human Resources Director at Garnet Health Doctors, where they led the HR department and implemented HR strategies.

Earlier in their career, Kathleen worked at Orange Regional Medical Center in multiple roles. Kathleen held the positions of Sr. HR Business Partner, Employee and Labor Relations, and Sr HR Business Partner, Operations. Additionally, they worked as an Absence Management Coordinator, focusing on managing employee absences.

Kathleen Pagani, PHR, SHRM-CP is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies degree in Human Resources at Trinity Law School. Prior to this, their education history includes attending SUNY Empire State College.
