Greg has significant experience in commercial and industrial property transactions. The focus of his practice is on the development of commercial properties, industrial parks and mixed use developments, leasing advice including retail leasing, acquisitions and disposals of commercial, office and industrial property and aged care developments including security documentation.

Greg has provided planning subdivision, body corporate and restrictive covenant advice, advised in relation to mobile base stations across Australia, undertaken due diligence on land for sale and advised on environmental law and on compulsory acquisitions.
