Rajiv Doshi

Raj is the founder and CEO of Piper Biosciences. A physician and engineer by training, he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Stanford University where his research focuses on health technology innovation. He is also the Director of the India Program at Stanford Biodesign, a collaboration between Stanford and the Government of India to create novel medical products for India’s underprivileged. Previously, Raj founded and was CEO of Ventus Medical where he was the core inventor of its products to treat obstructive sleep apnea (Provent) and snoring (Theravent). He is an inventor on over 80 issued or pending patents.

Raj received his BS in Chemical Engineering, MS in Biomechanical Engineering, and an MD from Stanford University. He is also the recipient of the Soros Fellowship.
