Alex Ferrello

Alex Ferrello is the current Vice President of Delivery at Piper Companies. Prior to joining Piper Companies, Ferrello worked as an Account Recruiting Manager at Aerotek from July 2007 to March 2012. In this role, Ferrello was responsible for saturating and expanding key assigned accounts, providing fulfillment of quality candidates and exceptional service to all key assigned accounts.

Ferrello has extensive experience working with all recruiting and delivery resources, including customer support, to ensure that both the clients' hiring needs and the contract employees' payroll expectations are met. In addition, Ferrello has potentially directed the performance of recruiters, sourcing specialists, OPMs, OPAs, and CSAs throughout their career, depending upon the demands of key active accounts and other local accounts.

Alex Ferrello received a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory & Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. Alex also attended Bishop Hafey Jr./Sr. High School.

They are on a team with Jennifer Whitney - Senior HR Business Partner, Katie Glossin - Director, Operations & FSO, and David Zalewski - EVP & Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Chris Dale, President.
