Amrit Agrawal

Amrit Agrawal has a wealth of experience in the finance industry, starting in 1993 as an Associate in Investment Banking at Bankers Trust. Amrit then progressed to Bear Stearns, where they became a Managing Director and Co-Head of TMT Strategic Finance, a position they held from 2000 to 2008. After that, they joined Pali Capital as a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance in 2008. In 2010, they held the roles of Managing Director and Head of Technology Coverage at Burnham Securities Inc., followed by Managing Director and Head of TMT Capital Markets at Cowen and Company. From 2015, they served as the MD and Head of Debt Capital Markets at Piper Jaffray. Finally, in 2018, they co-founded Piper Sandler Finance LLC and became its Chief Investment Officer. Throughout their career, Amrit Agrawal has demonstrated expertise and leadership in various areas of finance.
