Ben effectively managed a team of engineers and successfully delivered new features, improving the quality and user experience. Ben also worked as a Solaris Cluster Software Engineer, developing administration tools and implementing high availability features. In addition, Ben served as an IT Application Developer, where they migrated and supported an issue tracking system and designed a database access API using C++.

Ben's work experience extends further back to their time at Sterling Software, where they held the position of MTS (Member of Technical Staff) from 1990 to 1993.

Ben C. attended UC San Diego from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a B.A. degree in Mathematics & Computer Science.
