David Garcia

David Garcia currently serves as Vice President at Piper Networks since March 2020. Prior to this role, David held the position of Project Lead at Parsons Corporation from April 2016 to March 2020. David's experience also includes a role as Train Control Systems Engineer at CN from April 2015 to April 2016, and as ETMS Engineer at BNSF Railway from August 2012 to April 2015. Earlier in David's career, service in the US Army as a Field Artillery Firefinder Radar Operator took place from August 2008 to March 2011.
